In addition to sales and implementation, we also offer online remote support for management, data backup and restore, and technical support or incident management.

This gives the client instant response when experiencing a technical problem on their servers, network or desktop computers. We include regular preventative maintenance in this service, which in our experience significantly reduces system downtime and end-user problem incidents.

Should online support not be feasible in a specific situation, for instance due to physical or security aspects, we may provide onsite support on request and after assessing the situation and requirements.
